Who We Are.

Men’s Work Toronto is a collective dedicated to expanding the availability of men’s work in our city. We support facilitators and organizers, who all share the same values – to create space for connection, self-discovery, and growth.

Our mission is to create opportunities for men to see themselves more honestly amongst other men, and to help find the mature masculine within themselves.

Who are you?

Men’s Work Toronto is a collective dedicated to expanding the availability of men’s work in our city.

We support a variety of facilitators and organizers, who all share the same values – to create space for connection, self-discovery, and growth.

How much does this cost?

We facilitate events by a variety of organizers who each set their own price for events.

Some events are free, while some events charge a cover fee in order to recover the costs of the event space and fees, as well as help support the organizers to continue to provide their services

What should I expect from your events?

Our workshops are designed to be engaging and transformative. You can expect a blend of:

  • Group discussions: Sharing and learning from the experiences of other men.
  • Experiential exercises: Practical activities to help you explore new ways of being.
  • Introspective practices: Opportunities for self-reflection and deeper understanding.
  • Guided breathwork and meditation: Tools to connect with your inner self and release tension.

Who can attend?

We welcome any male adult, regardless of color, race, age, class, culture, marital status, faith, or nationality.

We welcome all men gay, straight, and bisexual men, as well as anyone who identifies as a man.

 We honor diverse spiritual beliefs and teachings, maintaining a non-religious stance.
